The Crew Services Agent will work closely with captains, crew, yacht owners and industry professionals as well as our brokers and yacht managers, to facilitate all yacht crew placements from initial interviews to final appointment.
Responsibilities
- To meet and interview potential crew candidates – to offer career advice and assistance where needed
- To create, maintain and update job postings both internally and to external websites
- To update and maintain crew database
- To check references and verify licenses
- To assist with data mining to create new business leads
- To create content for our social media platforms and the crew section of our website
- To organize yacht visits in order to build business and maintain working relationships
- To attend networking events and yacht shows as required

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- A proven track record in recruitment, ideally within the maritime industry
- Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe. JobAdder knowledge would be a plus
- Customer service experience essential
- Language Skills: French and/or Italian would be preferred but not essential
- Must have a pre-existing right to live & work in France
