Keith Perfect, N&J Director of Technology & Intelligence, Named 2023 Boating Industry 40 Under 40
Northrop & Johnson is proud to announce that our Director of Technology & Intelligence, Keith Perfect, was named one of Boating Industry’s 40 under 40 for 2023.
For the seventh year, Boating Industry is recognizing 40 young professionals in the recreational boating industry that are leading the way and cultivating success within their companies and professions. These individuals are selected from hundreds of nominees across all sectors of the boating industry. They are selected because of their exceptional accomplishments as well as their dedication to and passion for the industry and their drive to take their companies and the industry as a whole to the next level.
N&J Director of Technology & Intelligence Keith Perfect was an obvious choice for Boating Industry 40 Under 40 because he has helped push the yachting industry in a more tech-savvy direction. He joined Northrop & Johnson and established the firm’s in-house technology and intelligence division, which has blossomed into a strong team of forward-thinking individuals who have helped the firm take its digital presence and technological prowess to the next level.
Keith advises that the biggest challenge he’s faced in his career is the industry’s hesitancy to accept and adopt technology with a preference for traditional methods of doing business. He prides himself on his ability to help others recognize the value of technology and to showcase how the integration of technology will not only provide more success but also make their lives easier and less stressful.
Keith’s dedication to pushing Northrop & Johnson into the digital age has been met with great success, as the firm is one of the most technologically advanced in the industry, adopting a variety of tools that allow its brokers, managers and staff to do business faster, better and with greater accuracy.
